The 15 minutes do not have to happen all in a row, 10 minutes BID is
acceptable.  See page 3-194 of the manual, "The 15 minutesof time in a day
may be totalled acrss 24 hours (e.g., 10 minutes on the day shift plus 5
minutes on evening shift) however; 15-minute timme increments cannot be
obtained by combining P3a, P3b, and P3c."
In other words, only minutes spent doing passive range of motion can be
included in the calculations for the 15-minutes of PROM for restorative.
You cannot include minutes of active range of motion in the calculation for
passive range of motion.
