My husband works for the state and they do random with no problems from
union, I guess it is in their contract, I'm not sure.

How many of our facilities do random drug screens.  I am not talking about
drug screens for 'reasonable suspicion' but actual random drug screens
monthly or periodically.  I would like to do this, but our HR person is
hesitant because we are a government, county-owned facility.
