I am in a hospital based SNF and starting April 1, 2004 we
are to begin random drug testing. I don't know if they will monthly,
weekly or what.

How many of our facilities do random drug
screens. I am not talking about drug screens for 'reasonable suspicion'
but actual random drug screens monthly or periodically. I would like to
do this, but our HR person is hesitant because we are a government,
county-owned facility.
