Holly,
Keep your chin up and do what you need to do. Just remember, what goes
round, comes round. Her behavior will come back to haunt her and you will
remain the one with your integrity intact.
My thoughts and prayers are with you. I had almost the same experience
several years ago with 2 nurses who were don and adon working together to
literally take over our facility and replace all of us with their friends.
Neither of them had ever held a position in management and had not been out
of nursing school very long.
After several months of a living hell of workplace, they were escorted
(literally) out of the facility by the adminitration and they were not even
allowed to come back into the facility. They're gone, but we're still here.
