To the individual who indicates all alone with 110 residents...how is this working for you?   ie...is it effective?  And,  are you actually involved in the coding or do you act as a coordinator as it relates to overseeing that the process is completed?  I am hearing from the group that 60 residents per MDS person is more reasonable while also taking into consideration that it is the # of MDS's.  How many folks feel that there needs to be a standard of practice regulated(limits, guidelines) as are with DONS and Administrators?

That's too much. It should be about 60 resident per mds staff person.
