I do only MSD - MEETINGS - ACUITIES -  I work 40 hours a week - the facility has only 1 computer that dose MDS's  - In many ways it is easier - the only one who made "that error" was you - so you fix it -- The last place I worked had 7 MDS computers  I would spend hours looking for who did what - that time was totally unproductive When 6 PPS come in on a Friday it dose mess things up - esp at the end on the month - when billing want to start on MONDAY.
