We have 280 beds, 2MDS Coordinators. Average 15 admits to our short term unit per week. Almost the same to our vent unit weekly. Keeps us pretty busy. We run 50 [approx ] on Med A at all times. Thankfully we do all the Medicare only assessments and the RN's on the units do the Initials and the Quarterlies and the care plans. I also run the Care plan meetings, hold weekly Medicare meetings, etc, etc.......
