question for all- help

If a resident with a tube feeding goes back on therapy (previously an OMRA was done to deternine non therapy RUG) then do you do an OMRA 8-10 days after back on therapy???  And what if the therapy is only for a few days.  The manual pages I'm looking at talk about the OMRA as determining a non therapy RUG.  Any help I could get by 4pm today would be appreciated as I will be away for the next month.   Thank you ahead of time.   [EMAIL PROTECTED]
