I don't think that you can do an OMRA to capture a rehab RUG. You would just complete the next scheduled assessment, if you think you can get a rehab RUG by using the earliest date for that type of assessment then you can do that but I would think that when therapy D/C's again, you would have to complete another OMRA at that point to drop back out of the rehab RUG.
