This is partially correct.  If you are picking a resident up on therapy you
would need to assess if the resident would qualify for a significant change
is status assessment.  If yes, then you would code your assessment as a 3/8.
If the resident does not meet the definition of a sign. change then you
would have to wait until your next asssessment window to capture the rehab
minutes and capture the Rehab RUG.  You cannot do a straight OMRA (08) to
capture a rehab RUG 8-10 days after therapy was initiated.

If all therapy had been d'cd, and you have cont to skill him for nsg for
the peg (100 days), and say ST picked up the res again, even for just a
few days, yes, you have to do another OMRA 8 to 10 days after therapy
has been  d'cd again.
