A facility can't just answer that question with a blanket answer.  Each
facility gives their MDS person different responsibilities.  However, keep
in mind your MDS Coord. should be paid very well as that individual is
responsible for your driving tool of reimbursement.  My last position in
Calif. I was paid $25.hr and I am an LVN.  When I consult I get paid
$30.hr.plus all expenses.
