Some of the floor nurses are paid more than the MDS coordinators.  The
floor nurses got a 9% raise last year to compete with our competitor for
Rn's, so some of the nurses that have been here awhile make more than
management.
We are nursing home based,long term care, skilled nursing facility with
160 beds.
