What was the date at R2b of the last assessment?  Assessments have to be done within 92days of each other from R2b to R2b.  For example if your last assessment was completed (R2b) on Dec 29th, your next assessment wouldn't have to be completed (R2b) until 3/30 so if the Resident leaves before 3/30 then you wouldn't have to do it.  FYI Briggs has a really cool tool called PPS Spinner that makes it really easy to determine when assessments need to be done.
