They have to be done BY  the 92nd day.  You do not have to wait until day 92 to do them.  I have my facility set up on a 12 week rotation. However, 92 days is 13 weeks plus one day. So, my ARD is 8 days prior to the 92nd day. That allows me some time to complete the assessments, and allows for a sick day, or day spent chasing unrelated issues that always seem to pop up.   HS   Holly F.
