Decub or Wound?

We just admitted a resident with a debrided decub (stasis gangrenous ulcer with a wound vac)   Do I stage this as a decub or is it now considered a surgical wound? With the debridement complete…is it still considered to be an infection and coded in section I ?   Thanks
