Look in the Alphabetic Index under Aftercare, or Attention to: or code
Section.  I reviewed the V codes and found one code  that you can probably
use.   "Other specified conditions influencing Health Status V49.89. Other
specified  (in your case GI Bleed) Keep in mind you will not find a specific
code for each and every condition.  Or check  check out  58.89 Other
specific aftercare.   Hope this helps.   I am not sure of a web site
specific to V codes,
