Thank you for your response to all of you, keep idea's & suggestions coming. Tonight we have obtained >20 family letters attesting to the fact they feel comfortable and w/o a doubt their loved ones are safe  not only transferred in our van but living in our facility. Documentation of over one year, the logs, what residents, travel distance etc has been obtained. Never over 3 miles one way, never in a speed zone over 35. We have documentation from the local and state departments, private venders, logs on our van, oil changes, tire checks you name it. The four families that were espically noted with dual passage together are outragged and are personally writting letters, one of them lives in New York and the granddaughter is a MD. The surveyor's view was what a "potential" based on what? Never an accident or injury. I guess there is always a potential that Bin Laden could be at my facility tonight as well. Sounds tacky but the "potential" is killing all of us who give their heart and soul just to provide the best care we can. Again thank you.
