The immediate jeopardies that are being given is the equivalent of hitting a little fly with a texas fly swat!  Sometimes a simply I would recommend you do not do that would be all it would take - Again, don't ever think any facility is above an immediate jeopardy.  Even the best run facilities can receive an immediate jeopardy .... and, the informal dispute resolution process has become a farce.  But, I wish you good luck and hopefully, your facility will be one of the lucky ones that receives a fair shake at the IDR.  All we in the industry ask for is a level playing field.
