Our state is
flagging our annuals as late d/t leap year. Correct me if I’m wrong
but the manual states that you have 366 days to complete your annual assessment
from the most recent comprehensive assessment. So for instance I did an
annual assessment with an r2b and vb2 date of 4/5/04 and last comprehensive r2b
and vb2 date was 4/4/03. I should be o.k.
