The answer would be 6. However, make sure that none of them are on 1/1
as that is the day of admission & doesn't count.

Subject: Dr Orders When to count

Here is a question that is puzzling

Res admitted 01/01 to Medicare ARD is 01/05 has 3 Dr order changes

14 Day ARD is 01/14 3 Dr orders changes between 01/06-01/14

Question? When counting DR orders for the 14 day assessment do I back
track to 01/01 repeating the Dr orders from the 5 day or do I only back
track to 01/06
Would the answer on the 14 day assessment be 3 or 6?

We think the answer is 6
