I asked a similar question a couple of weeks ago and received many different responses. This does not seem like a situation that is covered by the instructions for coding. Rena perhaps you can shed some light as we are getting errors from our UMR team. They feel it should be 8/8 especially if the activity only occurred once. Clarification is appreciated. Thanks
I don't understand how it could be coded as 8/8 if the activity occurred at least once in the look back period. What am I missing?
Thanks,
Dorothy
