Not my words....just showing you what the manual says........and it was referring to assessments which were not submitted but outside of the 7 day editing timeframe.
I think what they are saying is that outside of the 7 day editing timeframe you correct the MDS prior to submission but if it was a major error, ie the care plan is incorrect, you would then need to do a significant correction which is a new ARD and new look at the resident so the care plans would be correct.
