Sorry but I disagree.  It should be coded as a 3 as the resident did
participate in toileting by lifting up for staff to remove the pad.  Page
3-77 in the RAI manual states, "how the resident.......changes pad........"
To be coded a 4 the res. would not have assisted in any way during the
entire 7 day observation period.
