The Federeal Regs call for every 366 days--nothing about leap year. Same with RAI. 92 days from last quarterly and 366 from last comprehensive at Vb2. Must comply with both sets of rules. If you did let's say a quarterly late due to hospitalization, you are still responsible to complete the next comprehensive within 366 days--easy to get off track. Jan     (iii) Not less than once every 12 months �483.20(b)(2)(iii) Guidelines: The annual resident assessment must be completed within 366 days after final completion of the most recent comprehensive resident assessment.
