are absolutley correct. Trust an ombudsman to get to the heart of all of our
venting and complaining - the BEST for OUR patients. Nursing home nurses beomce
very proprietary about residents - we don't really mean to insult you, we just
want our clents to come back to us at least as healthy as we sent them out.
