you would not want to be entering anything on the MDS until after midnight on the
ARD...you want to capture everything that can be captured, and the "day" ends at
midnight. Your ARD is the end point of your seven day lookback....It's confusing for
a "newbie" (and lots of us "oldies" too!) Welcome to the wonderful world of nurse
assessment coordinators!!
