RE: ARD Clarification

We have a computer system (Achieve Pathlinks) that is able to connect clinical data and the MDS, however the assessment must be data entry -d into the system BEFORE the MDS is opened in order for it to be pulled over. This makes me extremely nervous, as the info therefore is entered “prior to the ARD”. Is anyone else out there using this system or have the same issue with other systems?
