Yes, you should also mark K5a as long as it was within the 7-day lookback period.

Order that reads:  D5W with 20meq KCL and the hospital MAR indicates that during one day of the assessment period 368cc was infused per IV.  I have been told that we can only count the KCL medication in section P1ac as the 368cc of fluid was only used as a diluent for the KCL. 
We did mark section P to capture the IV medication, but the question is can we count the fluids used to administer the IV medication as IV fluids?
