Cheryl-Anne: I spent a lot of time yesterday thinking about that horrible day 3 years ago. I can remember turning on the tv and watching it all day. I kind of took an inventory in my head of anyone I knew who might have been in New York or Washington or flying on an airplane that day. And I thought all were safe.
Then the next day my Mom called and told me that my cousin Terry was at the Pentagon. Unfortunately he was there for a meeting and was sitting right where the plane hit. I was unable to make it to DC for the Memorial Service and I still feel bad about that. Travelling at that time was hard and we are 13 hours away. This was months before I was diagnosed with CML. I pray that our country never has to go through something like that again. Mary K > Hello All, > > I've been thinking about today.
