I can relate.  I have had cramps mainly in my legs and feet for over
2 years while on 400mg of Gleevec.  A quick fix for me is to use a 
washrag soaked in vinegar over the cramped area rubbing gently (rub 
hard and you will burn and remove skin.  The long term trial and 
error help has been Citracal, Magnesium Oxide (250mg), potassium (99)
mg,and a daily a to z vitamin, all are taken at the recommended daily
dosage. This has minimized my cramps for the last 3 months.  We (my 
onc and I) think this is replacing what the Gleevec is removing too 
much of.  I notice that most are using some sort of a variation of 
this so we must be on the right track to treating this side effect.
