HI...I am trying to drink more water.Just like you I am not a big drinker.They told me to try tonic water with lime.I havent yet,but have been eatting a banana at night.Three nights and no leg or foot cramps.If I am turning in bed and feel the start of them I hurry up and get up to walk,but the ones who make you jump from your sleep in such pain is unreal.I got the results of the fish test.Its now .011 which the doc said is almost in remission.I am taking 600 mg because I am in a research group.I hope after that is over I can try 200 mg.Maybe I will feel better each day.Thanks for all your info.......Nancy
