I am always tired. My blood count numbers have never been off. I just think the Gleevec affects people differently. They say walking is a good exercise and that exercise helps with the fatigue...it hasn't helped me much with the fatigue but I still do it cuz I know I need it. One thing that has helped me is drinking lots of fluids. I have never been a big water drinker, I just don't like it, but I drink a lot of tea now through out the day and my kidneys really work. My doctor said it is important to keep your body flushed to get rid of the Gleevec. I do feel a difference as far as fatigue since I am keeping my body flushed.
