Teresa,
Have your monthly CBC's looked normal?  I would suggest instead of 
waiting until you see your onc in November go ahead and make an 
appointment with your regular doc.  Fatigue can be caused by so many 
things it may not have anything to do with your CML.  You could have 
low iron levels or something else that is easily corrected.  Hope 
your feeling better soon, let us know what you decide.
