I will echo the call for a CBC. I too have been Diagnoised for 2 1/2 years. I am PCRU and and QPCR .001 but still suffer fatigue from time to time. Each time my RBC count was just under the 4.1 minimum but not nearly low enough to even consider Procrit, so I discussed it with my ONC. We decided that I should be on a one a day vitamin (Centrum Silver in my case) and then we have added Citracal,65mg iron tablet, 99mg Potassium tablet, and 250mg magnesium tablet. These were not all a once but they do help me keep on the go. These OTC items have relieved my fatigue and cramps (mostly leg). I too work a full time job (45-50 hours accounting per week.) Again, this is what works for me, so please discuss this with your ONC before deciding it is right for you.
