Hi Sue,My Husband had his blood work done today,so I asked his nurse what a PCR was? And if they were going to do one on him? I keep hearing about all these different test and do not know what they mean. Any way she said they do not usualy do a pcr unless they fish test comes back negative.I know he had a fish test when he was DX in august.I think that tells them how many cancer cells are in the blood.They will do another in December.She said the PCR test is real expensive too. I have heard about an anc too do you know what that is?Maybe together we will get this figured out some day.Sandy
