Hey Sue & Group:
Don't dispair, I lost my eyelashes also. . . and I may be the only one. . . but I am the "Queen of Side Effects"!!!
I had side effects that I didn't tell anyone, because by the way my Oncologist looked at me . . . and I didn't want him to recommend a Psychiatrist; I have enough Specialists, and I know that I'm not crazy. Honey related it to the 'new' cancer-friendly' cleansers and cosmetics that I was using.
I write personally to Newbies sometimes, and post; but I don't tell you anything except my opinion on a BMT. I went through it with side effects and the living BMT survivors that I have communicated with and I have definite opinions about the BMT. . . it isn't for everyone.
Always know that you are not a 'statistic', each and every one of us is an individual.
Newbies. . . Take care, and don't hesitate to post or email me personally. . . as we have all been there/done that and are here for you.
