Hi Sandy - I believe it was on 400 mg for approx 6 months.  My blood work
sent very well, but I was not yet in remission.  That's when she increased me
to 600 mg.  The rumbling is unbelievable sometimes, isn't it?  The good news is
that I am beginning again to feel normal - which I never knew was so important.
I was never a meds person.  But if I need something for a side effect, I take it
and I'm much happier.  Take care - He's lucky to have you caring so very much.

Here's hoping Randy doesn't have to be increased to 600 mg.  I was increased
to 600 3 months ago.  Everything GI began to go wrong.  But my Onc did tell me
to start splitting my dosage after a month, which helped considerably.  So if
he does have to increase, ask your Dr if splitting the dosage could work.  You
still have to take it with lots of food and water but it doesn't tear up your system
quite so badly.  Lots of luck.
