Hi Bob, When did you have the kidney surgery and for what reason, if you do not mind my asking. I have had elevated creatinine levels with lower than usual albumin levels. I spoke with Dr. Druker about this when I met him at ASH last year and he did mention that we are seeing higher than normal creatinine levels for many patients on IM and it isn't clear yet what might be causing it.
