Creatine is measured when a blood chemistry lab test looks at the
sodium, potassium, etc, etc, levels in the blood.  So it is not part of
a CBC.  High levels can simply mean dehydration or high consumption of
proteins like red meat (body builders take Creatine supplements to bulk
up muscle mass).  At its worst it could mean impaired kidney function,
muscle diseases, or heart problems, so ask your doctor about  testing
for those.
