Sorry Rob, but my example here is very realistic.  The comparison is
easily made when it comes to the progress that has been made in these
two disease.  Especially when we take into consideration that CML is
the disease that we know the most about.  I would prefer we knew less
about it but walked away from it drug free if you know what I mean.  I
guess we know enough about CML to make drugs that hold us in suspended
animation until the money that's to be made is made....

I think your statistics on Interferon vs BMT are not correct, I would
love them to be because it is much less non-commital to chose
interferon than BMT, but since you have brought it up, I will have to
investigate - stay tuned - if your right, maybe we'll see the 4- 20% of
patients with CML who can be cured with at least 18 months therapy of
interferon give it a try instead of going on with other drugs?

Gee, we just might start a trend....
