Hi Gwen and Sandy, Aranesp is to boost the red blood cells whereas Neupogen is to boost white blood cells. Like Aranesp is a longer acting version of Procrit and some like Gwen do better on that, similarly, Neulasta is a longer acting version of Neupogen. I believe, Sandy, you do not have to take Neulasta as many times as Neupogen for the same boosting.
