Dear Suzieq, Glad you are being cautious and doing all the tests. PCR is usually recommended quarterly from the blood, doctors have said to keep the source the same for consistency, meaning using only blood as the source since one cannot do a BMA every quarter. Wishing you great results! If your HGB goes below 10, talk to your doc about red cell booster or Procrit shots, they have helped some with Gleevec induced anemia.
