Terry, I'm so sorry that you're going through such a rough time. It's hard enough to deal with side effects, and not working, and all the other crap that comes from having a chronic illness. It pains me to hear you and so many other good people say that their relationships ended at least in part because of their illness. I know it's difficult at times to deal with somone else's problems, but mutual support through hard times is supposed to be one of the main benefits of being in a relationship!
I commend you for opening up and sharing with the group what's troubling you. I tend to be a bottled-up, keep-it-all-in kind of guy, which is totally unhealthy. You're always so supportive of everyone on this board -- I'll echo what others have said about being here for you. (Imagine what it was like having a chronic disease before the internet. You'd drive to a support group once a month and meet with the three other people in your city with CML; you'd certainly never meet people clear on the other side of the world.) As you always so, Terry, hang in there! Warmest wishes, David (Dov) --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ [CMLHope] A support group of http://cmlhope.com ------------------------------------------------- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CMLHope" group.
