Greenie, Thank goodness I do not get cramps anymore since being off of the Gleevec. The very first cramp I got with the Gleevec was horrible. I was alone in my house putting up curtains on rods and I was pushing the curtain on the rod. I got a cramp around my left ribs but did not know it was a cramp ONLY. I literally thought I was having a heart attack, drove myself to the nearest hospital (only 2 miles away) and was seen by them with no heart problems, even still I did not associate the cramps with the Gleevec. I only thought of it when I started reading the things people say in this forum. But those cramps in the feet when driving were awful and lasted soooooooo long. Thank God no more. Pat
