Hi Trey, Do you take calcium citrate or calcium carbonate? I heard from patients that calcium carbonate can cause diarrhea. Are there any websites on calcium carbonate/calcium citrate and stomach problems because one thing Roy is afraid of is increasing his diarrhea. Also, I think the calcium needs to be taken together with Vitamin D for better absorption? Still, I think the dose has to be divided into 3 times a day as calcium cannot be absorbed all at once very well. I am afraid I have not looked these up very much. Thanks for your help.
