Pat & Anjana:
I asked my "bonebreaker" Doc this morning what was good for muscle
cramps & he told me that doing muscle stretches & getting plenty of
water helps. Plus, he said that sometimes not getting enough calcium,
potassium, & magnesium contributes to muscles cramping in some people.
Course, when I told him that it was a side affect of the medication I
take, he replied that if that was the case then there's not a whole lot
one could do about it. (smile) I will relay something that I was told
by a "naturalist" type person to all of you who are taking lots of
extra calcium supplements. She said that you must make sure you are
getting enough magnesium along with it to help your body absorb it or
the calcium will just "leech" out of your body without doing you a bit
of good.

Keep Looking Up,
Suzieq
