I think all of the Medicare Part D providers (except perhaps for a tiny few)
are dropping Gleevec from the formulary for the "donut hole" part for 2007
which means patients will have to pay the entire donut hole out of pocket in
2007. I don't know if many are dropping Gleevec entirely from their
formulary. Did they say it was just for the donut hole or from coverage
entirely for 2007?
