Sharon,
I also get my medicine from Medco.
I have to use the internet Medco site to closely watch them to assure
that everything arrives in a timely manner.
http://www.medcohealth.com/ is the web site, you may need to register.
Medco just required that I "pre-authorize" using Gleevec, even though I
have been on it since 2001. They said it was my employer that made them
require the authorization. call the specialty pharmacy to make sure
there is no problems.
The best advice is to call the specialty pharmacy at 800-803-2523 (they
ship the gleevec) and find out why the delay.
You can calling the Medco customer service line 800-778-0735 - its
automated and hard to work thru - just dial 0 a couple of time and you
will get a customer service representative.
Hope this helps
Rod
