Karen: I haven't had a BMB since last July. She (dr.) does all the testing from the drawn blood.
Thank you for your reply......I appreciate it & I totally agree with what you said......will wait and see how the next tests come back. I go back in September. I'm sure if it has continued to rise.....she will want to do other testing to see. One day, I plan to get out my original med. records and see just exactly what I started out as when I was dx'ed back in Jan. of '04 just to see how far I've come. Just haven't had the time. My oldest brother from Florida decided to grace us with a visit once again, so I've been tied up with "entertaining" until next Thursday. :<) I don't mind....he is good company to my husband and they do a lot of stuff together. He helps out tremendously around our farm, too. He is planning to move up this way as soon as he can sell his business & home in Florida & so is my mom. I can hardly wait for them both to be back close by me.......I've been married for 36 years and I've never lived close to any of my family ever. It will be really nice to have them here....especially my mom because she and I do a lot of things together that we enjoy. She's 78 years old, so I know that someday will come soon where she may not be able to still get around as well as she does today. She & I are planning our next trip.....going out to Phoenix to visit my other brother (couple of years older than me, too) & spend a few days with him. He's going to take us "camping" as well as do a little site seeing. Now, I haven't camped since the mid- to late 70's, so this ought to be an experience. :<) Well, enough for this....didn't mean to start rambling.....I'm good at that. Thanks once again..
