Susieq,

Although I almost never post any more as Clyde, Dx 9/99, has been in
remission since 8/01, I try to read posts when I can.

I am so very sorry to hear about the passing of your dear friend. You
are in our thoughts & best wishes. Clyde also had a long bout with
colon cancer in 8/01, which needed two surgeries due to complications
from the first surgery. He came very close to dying from septic
infections. After a week out of the hospital, he was re-admitted due
to dehydration. 3 days after being admitted, he had an acute heart
attack. He is in good health, thanks to the many Drs. who treat him.
So, I kind of understand what your friend's family went through.

My best wishes as you deal with the death of your friend. Please take
care.

Carol
